We currently ship our items Australia Wide & Internationally, upon request.

We also offer the option for pick up, for any of our customers who are local to the South East Region of Victoria, Officer.

We currently ship using Australia Post and our prices align with all Australia Post - Tracked Parcel rates.

All items come with a tracking number to ensure timely delivery of your package.

Due to the nature of the printing process it is not uncommon for small flaws/spots to occur within a print. While we always try to check for any flaws while cutting your orders, sometimes they are missed.

It is also common to have bleeds or marks along the selvage (edge of fabric). 

Please note that all monitors display color differently and may not appear exactly the same as the physical product. This is not considered a flaw and is not eligible for refund.

Please also note that all fabric bases absorb colour in their own way. There are usually variations in color and brightness between fabric bases and printing rounds.

If you order the same print or coordinating fabrics of two different bases, they may not be an exact match. This is not eligible for refund or replacement.

If you do have a flaw that does not meet any of the above standards then please contact us through email with pictures attached and include your order number in your email. Please address to Jamie at: fabricitusau@gmail.com

We will discuss a course of action to rectify the printing error in a prompt and positive manner.

All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your order, to be valid.
